Healing isn’t always linear. But hope is always present.
Chronic illness changes everything. But you can rewire your mind, reconnect with God, and rediscover your strength, right here, in the middle of the storm.
Hi, I’m Laura
I’m not here to tell you I’m fully healed. I’m here to walk with you while we both keep going.
I’ve lived with chronic illness, fear, and emotional exhaustion. Like the bleeding woman in Luke 8, I spent years searching for answers. No one could help. But God met me in the midst of it. He didn’t simply heal my symptoms; He began to renew my mind and restore my soul.
As a certified brain rewiring coach and former wellness educator with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate chronic illness, I’ve seen firsthand how healing requires more than just physical answers.
Through brain rewiring, I’ve discovered a new way of living, rooted in faith, grounded in science, and full of grace. If you’re in the middle of your own storm, I want you to know: you’re not alone.
MY HEALING JOURNEY
You don’t get here overnight. And you don’t heal overnight either.
What I’ve lived through:
Trauma, anxiety, and the quiet grief of losing who I thought I was
Long COVID, autoimmune flares, food sensitivities, and daily physical pain
WHAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
Find Your Wings in the Storm
My book, Embrace the Storm: Wings of Hope…Whispers from God in a Journey of Healing, launches this fall. Instead of a victory story, it’s a lifeline for those still in the fight. It’s about discovering the surprising places where hope lives.
Through seven quiet “wings” – water, words, serving, tears, waiting, God’s goodness, and even hummingbirds – I’ve found light in the darkness. These were the whispers from God that helped carry me forward.
You have wings too. They may just be waiting to be found.
Healing is not getting better, back to how we were beforehand; healing is becoming a better version of ourselves…

Healing isn’t just physical.
In a world full of quick fixes, spiritual shortcuts, and “just think positive” advice… this isn’t that.
Through my Soul Thyme Wellness program and 1:1 coaching, I offer a compassionate, Christ-centered path forward, one rooted in truth, not trends.
My approach blends:
God’s Word and presence in the storm
Brain rewiring and nervous system healing
Emotional honesty, lived experience, and practical tools
Inside Soul Thyme Wellness I walk with women through the same tools that helped me heal: nervous system support, faith-centered mindset work, and practical healthy habits.
If you’re navigating chronic illness or emotional burnout, and you’re ready for faith-based support that meets you where you are, let’s talk
